Exhibit Dates: Thursday & Friday, April 15 & 16, 2010

Vendor/Exhibitor Location: The pre-function area outside the conference room at the Hilton Hotel, Burlington, Vermont.

Exhibit Times: All days, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The Marketplace will be open throughout the conference.

Exhibits may be left up Thursday night, however, the exhibitor/vendor area is a public access area, and neither VLCA nor The Hilton Hotel will be responsible for any losses. *

* Exhibitors may store exhibits and conference materials overnight on Thursday. Check with Marketplace Manager for the location of this room. This room will be locked overnight, however, there will NOT be a security guard on duty at any time on either of the Conference days.

All exhibits must be dismantled by 6:00 PM on Friday.

The conference will provide:

• One full length (6’x30”) dressed table, two chairs, and electrical access.
• Complimentary beverage and snacks. Conference does not provide lunch for vendors/exhibitors.
• A listing of your business name, mailing address, and website address in each conference participant's registration folder.
• Conference Registration is not included. One $25 discount per day per organization is available.

• No person, business or organization not having reserved an exhibitor/vendor table will be permitted to display or demonstrate products or services, or distribute promotional materials in any area of the conference. Any one doing so will be asked to stop or leave the conference area.
• Prize awards, drawings, contests, questionnaires or surveys will be permitted only with the approval of the conference committee. Written approval must be requested and received prior to the conference.
• Flyers or other promotional materials may be distributed only from the Exhibitor's assigned space.
• Exhibitors may solicit conference attendees to sign business mailing lists.
• Table assignments are determined by Conference Coordinators. Every effort will be made to locate your table to benefit you.
• Exhibits are limited to table-top displays, including multi-tiered table-top units and/or free-standing behind-table displays.
• Space concerns prohibit the use of table-side display units.
• Exhibitor reservations will not be processed before receipt of fees. Please see Marketplace Reservation Form for particulars on the refunding of fees.
• A signature on the Marketplace Reservation Form serves as a contract binding businesses or organizations to all written policies of the conference.
• Exhibits and products sold must be in accordance with the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes. The conference does not receive funding or any form of sponsorship from formula companies.

Hotel Accommodations

The Hilton Hotel, overlooking Lake Champlain, has reserved a limited number of rooms for conference participants at special rates. Reserve by calling the hotel directly at (802) 658-6500 or fax (802) 658-4659 no later than March 26, 2010. Mention the VLCA Conference. The hotel features an indoor pool & Jacuzzi, health club facilities, and two restaurants, and is a short walk to both the Burlington Waterfront and the Church Street Marketplace.
